If you wish to return an item, go to your "My account / My orders" area.
Then click on "details" on the right of the order concerned. On this page, you will be able to select the item(s) to return and specify the reason for the return.
Once your request is processed, you will receive your return slip directly by email.
All you have to do is prepare your return package and follow the return instructions on the slip.
Please note that the parts whose label has been detached will not be able to be returned.
